Designed and built an AI-driven automation layer to streamline B2B order intake. Order AI transforms unstructured inbound orders — arriving via email, WhatsApp, or Jira — into validated, structured orders placed directly into connected backend systems. The solution integrates document OCR, AI-powered product and customer identification, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop review, and direct ERP/e-commerce integration.

Steered a full digital transformation from a legacy ERP-only setup to a high-availability AWS ecosystem. Built a "My Portfolio" area for B2C/B2B customers and a Partner Portal, with Emporix admin dashboard extensions, ERP data synchronisation, secure login, portfolio and transaction views, document management, and a RAG-based AI chatbot.

Extended and showcased the Pimcore portal engine within a tight deadline, enabling the product to be demonstrated and sold to enterprise clients. Implemented specific features including bulk product upload/download, editing, and saving workflows tailored to Salsify's typical clients.

Contributed to developing a highly configurable global webshop blueprint designed for direct sales and lead generation, scaled to 30+ countries using SAP Commerce Cloud, Vue.js, and Spring Boot. Managed annual rollouts for 20+ regions via SAFe methodology. Participated in structured "firefighting" rotations for major incidents and on-call support.
